Pi Beta Phi
Los Angeles-Santa Monica Alumnae Club
About our club

The Los Angeles Alumnae Club was chartered on December 13, 1906 and later merged with the Santa Monica  Alumnae Club. The clubs were founded with the mission to further the friendships of members of Pi Beta Phi, to strengthen the local chapter and international organization, and to aid in literacy and other Pi Beta Phi philanthropies.

Our members represent dozens of chapters, various professions, and multiple generations. We focus on socializing, philanthropy, and promoting the values of Pi Beta Phi in all aspects of our lives.

No matter how many years it has been, you probably remember the day you pledged Pi Phi. The feeling of excitement (and a little fear) …as you began the journey of a lifetime ... new friends, a sense of belonging, being a part of something more than just yourself.

And during your years at college, you received many gifts from Pi Phi… fun … encouragement … a study buddy or two… opportunities to lead, grow and serve. But most importantly, you immediately had the gift of friendship… friends who laughed with you, celebrated your joys, and at times, gave you a much needed hug and wiped a few tears from your eyes.

Now, as an alumna, you are invited to give yourself the Gift of Pi Phi again – and receive those same benefits: Laughter. Fun. Encouragement. Hugs. Opportunities to lead, grow, serve and network with some of the most incredible women in Los Angeles. And, no studying required!
